Went to Express Service July 5th since I had a leak in my driver rear tire. They fixed the driver rear tire, put a new tire on, but within a couple days I had picked up another nail in the same tire!!! I went back in 1 week later, mind you at 430pm so right when they are busy getting cars out to close up, they were able to patch the tire (luckily). Steve looked up the tire and noticed that it was the new one I had just bought, he called me over and told me they were taking care of the cost. Now this may seem like a little thing, but that is good customer service, something that costs your company cheap just comp the customer and you will most likely get that customer again. I have been going there with my 2015 Honda Accord since I moved here in April, and will continue to go thier for my service needs, as well as when I need to buy a new car for my wife! Good job Steve and crew in express service!!
