the Quality of the service/work is good. However the service advisers do to much upselling while your in to fix a specific issue. I brought my Tahoe to replace brake pads; I was advise to replace my car battery, oil change, rear differatial leak, flush brake fluid, fuel system flush, etc. My Tahoe battery was replaced 18 months ago, oil change isn't required since oil life had 45% before next service is due and my rear differatal is not leaking. The Service Advisor made is sound as if my truck was going to fall apart if I didn't have the services completed based upon his recomendations. Your Service Advisors loose creditbility when they make false recommendations to the customer for services they don't really need. The proposal I had recieved to replace the brake pads and turn the rotors was are $700+ when the local brake shops would have performed the same service less then half the cost with lifetime pads. I understand businesses need to make a profit to stay in business, but they do not need to lie to a customer to make money by over charging and recommeding services they do not need. Dealerships need to stay competive and differenciate themselves from the competition by the quailty of workmanship and being creditable when making service recommendations.
