  • I was about to enter my payment info for a gun of which they only had one in stock. I'm a repeat customer. I called and simply asked for the first letter if the serial number due to a recall. George inturupted me, "we don't do that" I asked what? George "give out aerial numbers" Me" I didn't ask you for the entire number" George "we don't do that" Me " so I'm asking for one letter on a possibly recalled problem gun as a loyal customer and you don't care to help? " George" you expect me to go digging through gums to get you a serial number, we don't do that here" Me " I will no longer do business with you, and your rude, you have no biz answerING a phone" George" WHAT GUN IS IT?" ME ***I WON'T TYPE OUT WHAT MY REPLY WAS AFTER BEING TALKED TO LIKE A MORON*** I'd say after reading other Comments on another review site that you would be foolish to do anything with this company. There are too many others who appreciate your biz.
