  • I was having a problem with my dishwasher and had a Sears technician come out to assess situation. He told me that a part was corroded and needed to be replaced. He even showed me said part. It was going to take week or so for the part to come in. Then it was another 2 weeks before he could come replace it. I got tired of waiting. I did some checking on the internet and found the part I needed. Called Atlas Appliance. The parts guy knew exactly what I was talking about. So I rolled on down to the shop. The parts guy was so helpful. He even showed me how it should be replaced. H said anyone could do it. The part was less expensive than a couple other places I called in town including Sears. The store is bright, clean, and has a nice variety of appliances. I had a look around while I was there. The staff is very nice and helpful which is what you want. I'd totally go back if I needed anything else for appliances.
