| - I entered the store, was asked my name, and was put on the waiting list with names appearing in order on a screen. I asked how long the wait would be and was told about 10 minutes. After about 15 minutes an employee asked me my name, I told him and asked why he was asking for my name? He said a glitch removed my name from the waiting list. I asked if I was being put at the end of the waiting list and he said, "No". It wasn't last, but close to it. The supposed 10 minute wait was over an hour. My name was finally called and an employee named Shawn said, "Give me a second, I just need to help another customer first", and he walked off to help another customer. Then the next available employee's window opened up, so I moved to their window. That employee told me, "I can't help you, Shawn's helping you", to which I replied, "No, Shawn's helping someone else and I'm next in line." This young lady insisted she wouldn't help me, that I had to wait for Shawn. Shawn came back to his window and began working on setup of a new phone for another customer. I waited for him for about 10 minutes, then asked, "Why would you call me up and immediately start helping another customer, which took me out of the loop to be helped by another employee." Shawn copped an attitude telling me this was his Friday and he couldn't wait to get out, and telling me that my question to him was "hostile". I asked Shawn to go get his manager, and he gave me more attitude. I told him I don't want anymore lip from him, just get the manager. Jasmine, the manager, came over and introduced herself. Jasmine was pleasant, and helpful. It's just too bad that Shawn doesn't have the pleasant demeanor that his manager has. Shawn should go work for the cable company where his bad attitude would fit right in.
