The local employees of AAA (aka CSAA No. Calif & Nevada) are really quite nice and helpful too HOWEVER the AAA billing system 'SUCKS!' Sometimes you get your bill and sometimes it simply doesn't arrive. When it does arrive they quote your total payment due amount and then offer other payment periods; quarterly and sometimes even monthly. They even tell you that for each INSTALLMENT payment you make they charge an extra $5.00 service charge. Still pretty good. What they do NOT tell you is that even when you pay your total payment due (that is your FULL bill) THEY STILL ADD A $5.00 SERVICE CHARGE! When you call to complain, as I did, and got to speak to Supr. Chris Wells in Oklahoma, I was simply told that "that is how AAA works - we can send you a check for the $5.00 service charge and it will arrive in a week or two and then of course you have to take that to the bank to get this 'Service Charge' returned!" When asked to please refund this sneaky overcharge to my credit card Mr Wells said we just don't do that!!!
That's all, just expect a sneaky $5.00 service charge that may or may not be refunded to you unless you notice and call them on it!!!
