I've been going to this gym for the last four years. After moving here from the East Coast, I selected this gym because I love the Les Mills classes (body pump, etc). The gym is a no frills place.. no towels, yoga mats or extras you might get at other gyms. The childcare center and classes are what set this gym apart from the rest.
It has changed ownership at least a few times and this time might be the worst.
My niece was in town for 3 weeks.. and I wanted to be able to take her to the kid zone. Though I have paid for 2 kids for 4 years (and have used it probably a total of 15 combined times) I was told I needed to pay for my niece.
Long story short.. I was charged over $50 and when I confronted the GM he was dismissive and rude. He told me "find me tomorrow and I'll give you $10".
That's one example in a long line of horrible customer service. And.. now that they have lost their Child Care director.. I can't imagine this place will last.
