My mom bought a sectional sofa from them after sitting on the display that was in the store which was soft. After six months the cushions were still way too hard and when she called they told her just put the cushions on the floor and walk around on them. A little more than six months later the cushions are still as hard as a rock and so she calls back and is told she has to call the warranty people. So she calls and they tell her it is out of the manufacturer warranty. When she explains that she called six months ago and what she was told they don't care the answer is the same. So she's like OK I need to order new cushions then. Even though they know the exact couch she ordered and the dimensions they insist that they have to send someone out to measure which costs $130 and then the only density of cushion they will give her is what she already has on the couch. No one in my family is ever going to purchase from them again. This is not the first problem she has had with them.
