| - Although the stylist was very accurate with the toner application and did a very good job with the color, I am not comfortable or happy with the all experience whatsoever. It really bother me that as "salón policies" I had by force to take the blow dry service which of course was not included in the price, so I ended up paying more money for a service I did NOT wanted, I asked her but she insisted that it was somehow mandatory. Second, I was pretty sure I wanted this change for good, but somehow she ended up convincing me to have a semi perm dye, which I hope it doesn't fade away in two weeks, Claiming that it wasn't the most recommendable thing to do, she walked me trough that and I'm so regretting have listened to her at the moment. Third but not least, they don't take credit cards only cash or debit, and they encourage you to pay with cash to avoid adding the taxes, I paid with debit so they charged it to me, but that really tells you something about the professionalism of the owner, making more money with this little tricks. I'll never coming back again, unless I had to make a formal complaint for the durability of the service, hopefully it will stay. Don't go!
