The Dr's here are amazing. However the stars are for the billing department. Kathy from the billing department is extremely rude. I call every month to make a payment on my bill. This particular time she acted as if I ruined her day by calling and asking her to take my payment. I also asked how much was required at that time to pay? She siged heavily and responded in a snarky voice "How much can you pay"? Then continuing the conversation in an annoyed tone, she asked me if I knew that I could make these payments on line. Yes, I am aware but I prefer to speak to a person. If I shouldn't call the billing department phone number, why have it listed? Also, if you are having a bad day don't take it out on someone who simply wants to pay a bill.
