| rev:text | So I am a bit of a health nut. So I can say I know my way around the gym enough to know if the amenities are in order.
The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
They have a wide array of class offering so if you want to try something new just check out one of the monitors, or go online to their website and check out the selections. They are always coming up with new ways to tackle difficult portions of your body.
The machines are generally in good working order.
I like this location because it is an exit away from work so there may be some bias. I have visited other LVAC locations and the layouts are somewhat similar.
A ladies only section. Dry.Wet Sauna, Pool, Free weights, Pully machines, Smiths, Treadmills, stair climbers, ellipticals, you name it.
Also, this location is not heavy on sending their 'trainers' out into the crowd to offer their card or make you feel as if you need a consultation. If I want one. Trust me I'll ask. I have had that repeatedly at Rainbow and other locations.
I find the hrs of 4am to 6:30am to be the best hrs. Fewer people. If you go at lunch time, be prepared to be flexible with your workout routine. Because you have no choice ;-) |
