  • It was trouble from the moment we arrived. Their chip reader only reads certain cards. Due to a recent theft attempt I now only use a fifth third access 360 card to book rooms and anything online. This hotel does not accept it. After that I checked in and then was told because it's the weekend the guests had to have wristbands to use the amenities. Ok. They were only gonna give us 4. It's 7 of us. 5 kids 10 and under and 2 adults. The manger was rude. He did not care he said that if I could not afford more bands I should book a cheaper hotel. The bands area $20/ea. $60 bucks so my kids can swim for 3 hrs? This is not Cedar Point! He shrugged and walked away.
