  • This is not from a pt but a visitor point of view. Just a bunch of missed time lines and lies. When u tell a family member timelines of when they will be able to see their loved one in recovery, obviously things happen and there are delays in surgery but in recovery these need to be met! When a pt asks for an ice pack and 20 minutes later the nurse is sitting at her desk laughing it up with coworkers?! Have fun at work but do your job as well! Just an overall bad experience as a visitor and loved one.
