| - My wife and I have been going to the Jared's in Monroeville for about 5 years now. We have several favorite associates there, but ALL of them provide friendly, honest, knowledgeable service. When we first went there shopping for engagement/wedding rings, I told the woman who helped us "I know nothing about jewelry. You discuss it with my wife, she picks what she thinks she likes, shows it to me, I'll say "Pretty". and buy it. That's what happened. Since then, we've gone back many times. My wife is very difficult to shop for. She won't tell me she likes something if it's expensive. HOWEVER, our friends at Jared know this, so when she's in there without me, if she likes something, I find out about it and buy it for her. So many birthdays and anniversaries I've come out looking great because I bought my wife something she really wanted but didn't want to tell me because of the price. I've been to at least 4 or 5 different Jared branches. The one in Monroeville is mine. The others are fine, but nothing compares to the treatment we get at the local Jared. They've even helped design custom jewelry with deep significance for us, and actually made my wife cry tears of joy on several occasions. The commercial "He went to Jared's" is true. It makes a difference if one buys quality jewelry, but it also makes a difference WHERE one buys the jewelry.
