Ice-cream stand/coffee shop. When we came here in February we thought the line was pretty long. Boy were we mistaken. On a 15 degree day, granted the first nice day in a while, the line was 45 minutes.
The UP's: The prices are reasonable for the size you get. The flavours are pretty veried. We had the "sweet baby Jesus" which was great, the other toppings we've tried were brownie and red velvet they were not as good.
The down's: unless you share it with someone this portion is quite a commitment. It felt more like a meal than a desert or snack, but I may just be little. I also feel that with a cone this big the topping to ice-cream ratio is a little low which is a shame since the topping is so delicious. There is also no where to sit. The patio outside belongs to the juice place and they put up a sign warning you not to sit there.
Pro tip (and you'll see 50% of people do this in line) put the cone upside-down into a cup and eat it with a spoon. Even in 0 degree weather it melted quickly and we lost some large topping chunks the first time we got ice-cream there. Combined with the lack of patio all the more reason to use a cup.
