| - My son's wedding was this past weekend at Shenandoah Mill in Gilbert, AZ. Quite a few of us arrived early for last minute set up. I met with the catering staff and they were very nice and professional. However when the food was served I was not only shocked by the presentation, but the food itself. The salad was lacking and flavor in the dressing, very oily. The dinner plate was not appealing at all. Looked like cafeteria food, and tasted the same. The chicken was ok, the garlic mashed potato scoop was not warm, the barbecue pork, at least at my table, was very tough. There was no bread served. I was truly embarrassed. Very few ate. $7300 was ridiculous for what was given! VERY disappointed. The wedding was wonderful, could have been perfect, but guests want tasty food, not what we received.
