  • During car repair, I rented a car from this Hertz office. I was given a car with a partially filled tank, and I was instructed to return the car with the same level of fuel. However, two weeks after returning the car, I surprisingly noticed that I was charged on my credit card for "fuel and service". I called the office, the clerks and manger acknowledged the fact, but made all kinds of excuses for not processing the refund, and even disconnected my phone calls. This is really unprofessional. Avoid using their service.
