One customer service person running refunds and pick ups for the second time I entered the store within a few days with 5 people waiting in line. A complaint to the on duty mangers fell on deaf ears. I called customer service to file a complaint and they put me on hold for 20mins. I ordered and paid for an item online and waited 24 hours to pick it up. They still didn't have it ready for pick up. Customer service at Lowe's is getting worse which means I will be ordering more and more on line with other companies and have the item delivered to the house
