  • My air conditioning was not working...no fan..no air...Called these guys around 1pm. They arrived at about 3 pm. The technician went up in the loft and the air was working within 10 mins. I had a bad wiring connection in the loft. The company did not charge me for the repair. Also, the technician gave me vouchers for the next repair or routine maintenance. A pleasant surprise.
