TERRIBLE SERVICE. dropped off a couple of suits at the now closed Junction Rd location. Attempted to pick up my suits 5x only to arrive at an unstaffed and closed store. Called both phone #'s multiple times trying to inquire when the store will be staffed only to reach a voicemail that informed me that the mailbox was full and could no longer accept messages. The owner, Martin Lackey Sr. informs me that my clothes are in Waunakee and that I could pick up my clothes between the 9am-6pm. The following day I pulled up to the Waunakee location at 2pm...store is closed. I PM the owner on social media to inquire if the store is open. I can see that he saw the message and he didn't reply. I called his #'s and no answers. The owner finally shows up at 4pm. I drive back to the store for the 2nd time to pick up my suits. Upon arrival I question the owner, who proceeded to fabricate a story that varied from his employee quitting and/or that same employee having a heart attack. Not sure what to believe, but what I do know is that I will NEVER go back to Kee Cleaners and that I now have an answer for the stock interview question about referencing your worst customer service experience.
