  • This guy is terrible. He could care less about his clients. I paid Mr. Tomsheck $15,000 the day I hired him to represent my son. The lawyer before him had already done all of the work on the case. I hired him because I believed that he was going to get my son the best deal possible as he reassured me he would. His only responsibility was to get him the best plea deal . HE DID NOT ACCOMPLISH THAT! I still don't know what exactly he did for my sons case. He would show up at court laughing and joking with the D.A (who was the prosecutor on my son's case) whom he alluded was his good friend. He told me he had trained her when he was a prosecutor, and if anybody was able to get my son a better deal it would be him. He made a total of 4 court appearances & he was unprepared at my sons sentencing. He never came up with any other suggestions once I told him he would not get $50,000 from me to go to trial. My son now sits in a Nevada Prison for the next 8 plus years of his life. Complete WASTE OF MONEY! Make sure you do your research before hiring him. Las Vegas has other attorneys that will get the job done. Unfortunately he won't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
