  • I always feel bad for writing negative reviews however this place really deserves it. I was with a large group, we had 5 rooms. When I we got to the hotel it wasn't clean. I read on their previous reviews that they had had issues with bed bugs in the passed so the first thing I did was strip the bed and examine it. I didn't find any bed bugs however I did find several black hairs in the bed and a large pee stain on the mattress. Then in the living room there was white pet fur all over the couch. This wouldn't have been a huge issue if my room mate didn't have a serve allergy to cats and dogs. I rewashed all of the linen myself so I knew it was clean and I vacuumed the entire room, wiped down the kitchen counters, appliances and walls. House keeping only comes once a week there so I understood there was nothing they could about my filthy room but they seemed irritated that I was cleaning it. The walls had stains on them I couldn't identify however they came right off with a Clorox wipe. Both my room mate and I started coughing every morning after the nights sleep so I checked the A/C filters and they were discussing. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I cleaned the washable filter and the cough got a little better. It clearly needs a new internal filter. All of this would have been tolerable if the staff had been even a little pleasant. They had an attitude about everything, there was never a person at the front desk when you needed one, if you called the front desk it just rang forever, it was insane. We were staying there for two weeks on business, the company I work for will never use them again. I hope they pull it together.
