  • I have been looking all over for a unique coffee shop in Arizona, and this place is it. My friend and I got the honey lavender latte and the Southwest Sunrise. Wow. Best coffee I've ever had! I've had honey lavender lattes in the past, but the lavender was too overpowering, but Provision's was the perfect balance. They even sprinkle lavender on top of the drink for an added touch. The best way to describe the Southwest Sunrise is that it's like a curated cocktail, but with coffee. Very light and fresh, I personally loved the hint of orange in it. It also comes with an ice sphere. So many details put into their drinks! We also ordered the prosciutto with fig jam and rosemary toast. The bread was very thick and fluffy and the flavors surprisingly meshed well together. It was also very reasonably priced. In terms of seating, it is a very small area, but the outdoor seating is very spacious. However, for studying, there are very limited outlets. Overall, I love the creativity behind their drinks and can't wait to try their other signature specialties.
