*sigh* I hate giving bad reviews but have no choice. The majority of the staff at this location have really given us just a bad experience. Being new to tanning we didn't know what to expect so really had no preset expectations. Multiple staff on 4 different occasions have not offered to show us where the bed was, how it worked or asked us questions to ensure appropriate tanning times to prevent burning. (Can't they see our tanning record on their computer??) I called and complained the first time, they apologized and clearly spoke to the Manager (who was the one I complained about) because the next time we came in her employee apologized in her behalf, even though she was there! But then we came in 2 more times, with 2 different employees and the exact same thing happened! I finally said, "I'm sorry, are we bothering you?" The employee got defensive and said they won't show us how to use the bed unless we ask. Oh ok...in the meantime we'll burn to a crisp because we don't know how long to tan or how the bed works-thanks. We've already cancelled out renewal membership, but $100+ later, we need to get our money's worth. The only reason I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 star is because the initial lady who helped us sign up and the lady that apologized in the managers behalf were both nice and helpful. Good luck.
