I had a mushroom rice noodle soup with extra beef. The soup is really rich and flavourful. After the server brought out the heated soup bowl and ingredients (meat, fish balls, noodles, corns, ham, etc), you will have to pour everything into your hot soup immediately! To let it "cook". There was a green paste, if you could see my photo, it tastes a little bit sour and will add some acidity to your soup base. The spoon is very helpful since the noodle is a little bit harder to catch by chopsticks. And there would be a small bowl (originally contains your plain rice noodle) you could use to let it cool down faster.
Overall it's a really good rice noodle! There is always a long waiting line. My friend and I were lucky. We only had to wait for 10 mins. Come either early or late, maybe will help you avoid the "traffic".
