Super nice people and great customer service, but the food is not good at all. Don't go there if you've ever had real Ramen before. I had Miso Ramen, and the broth tasted like ginger soup with a hint of Miso. Noddles were not Ramen noodles and overcooked, the boiled egg was an additional $1and overcooked, and had no flavor. They use very low quality meat for Chashu, too. Being from Japan, I'm not sure if I would call this noodle dish Ramen. Like other reviewers mentioned, the instant Ramen from Asian markets taste better than this.
