  • I have had two good encounters at this location. Just moved to Arizona and have done most of all my service on my car at Toyota. Hank was exceptionally nice to me for being a first timer to this location. The waiting area was comfortable and offered plenty of refreshments (hot dogs included). I believe it was a little overbooked as I was only getting an oil change and it took quite some time to do. I would suggest working on the appointment and walk-in schedule.
