rev:text	This review is based solely on my "complementary" appointment with a personal trainer last week. This carries no weight on the overall facility, location, classes offered, or company as a whole. I'm omitting the name of the employee here; the club can easily decipher who this review is based on. This was the least professional personal trainer I've ever suffered through an hour with. And I have the abrasions on my forearms from where he insisted I do planks directly on the concrete floor to prove it. When I first arrived, I explained to him very clearly that I know my personal style and he proceeded to tell me that he knew better than me about getting results, that he was the pro, and that he knows 1000 different ways to work the same muscle. Not only did he proceed to tell me (about five more times) what a pro he is, but he also continually bashed any club members who use the training machines along with just about all of the class styles that are offered, saying that people who attend those classes will never see results because they don't take the time to work with him on his side of the room! Not once did he ask what I do for a living. In and of itself, that might have been a non-issue; however, when I said I would not be purchasing a training package yet because we make financial decisions together as a couple, he did ask what my husband does for a living which shows how disconnected this guy is from a potential client sitting right in front of him and was pretty much the icing on the cake that made him look like a chauvinistic pig. If you have any follow-up questions, I'll be at the other side of the room ; Update 5/21/18 ~ I'm increasing my star rating to a 2 based on the quick response I received from management. Not only did they take the time to acknowledge the concern on Yelp in writing, but a regional manager did call me to learn more specifics about my visit and also to apologize once again on behalf of the location & the company. I do hope the situation gets addressed with the individual who I wrote about. And I hope the more I visit, the more stars I can add to future reviews of this club.
