  • I'm not sure what has happened. I've been coming to this groomer since I moved here over a year and a half driving all the way from the East side of Las Vegas which is at least a 35 minute drive. However, the last time i went in to have my Schnauzer groomed there was a man working the front and he absolutely has/had no customer service skills, personality, or energy. Not what I was use to. Additionally, my schnauzer's grooming was not detailed as it has been in the past. The body was not cut short enough which mean it grew back very fast. Needless to say, I've taken a break from this groomer and is actively looking for another groomer. In between time, I cut my dog's hair myself.
