  • They get four stars because I absolutely loooooove their product! I just cannot stand terrible customer service. That's what you get here. I can't tell you how many employees I smiled at who didn't even crack a smile back or who walked by and didn't ask if they could help me or anything. The best experience I had was when I went to the fabric counter to ask for help on finding stuffing. Step the customer service up (there are people without jobs who would love those jobs) & this will be an all-around great store, worth every bit of 5 stars!
