We purchased a voucher for "Complete Auto Detailing and Reconditioning Service at Every Last Detail" earlier this year.
We attempted to contact them for past 2 months to set up an appointment. There is never anyone that answers (-1 star). The machine asks that we leave a message and they would call back but we did not receive a call back after several attempts (-1 star).
Today we finally went to the location itself at great inconvenience to us and the person was not at their desk. A notice left there to call what I assume to be his personal cell phone number (-1 star).
While we were waiting for him, I saw his appointment book through the window. It looks like they only book one person per slot. We also tried calling the phone number itself, and lo and behold, the phone inside rings, and no one is there to answer.
After the person (who called himself the store "manager" ) finally arrived, he notified us that there are no bookings available before the date the voucher expires and they would charge an extra amount to book us in afterwards. He even told us that he doesn't know how we could have not had our calls returned as he already made 20 return calls that morning. My question is...why does he not ever pick up the phone?!? (-1 star)
Finally, what kind of business advertises something and not have the capacity to handle the load? By the amount of sales of the coupon, they should have realized they needed more people.
There are some serious managerial issues if the customer interacting "manager" can treat customers that way. Seems like other reviewers aren't even happy with the quality of the service either, so I really do not see a plus side to this place at all!
