  • The experience with the service center was terrible. 3k miles ago I went in for an oil change and maybe some of the 30k mile maintenance. The guy told me a coolant flush was necessary. I just found out (from a reputable kia dealer) coolant flushes aren't necessary on Rios until 60k. Same for brake flushes which they also tried to sell. The service took 3+ hours to complete and they didn't top of any fluids. Ran out of window washer fluid within 4 days of service. It's such a bummer I really wanted to make this my maintenance place bc I live so close. Should have listened to the reviews.
