  • I am from a big city where you don't need cars to get around. I moved out here and realized a vehicle was a necessity. I'm a young female and was terrified of what I heard about car salesmen baiting and switching you. I had an interest in the new Sonatas for quite sometime so I decided on a random Saturday to stroll the parking lot at Elyria Hyundai. Tom Hornsby came out to the lot and helped answer all of my questions. After I decided it was time for a brand new car, not only did Tom get me an amazing trade in value on my used car, but he also gave me an unbelievable price on the car! I was very indecisive when it came to the color and interior and the dealership was extremely patient with me. This transaction was by far one of the utmost exceptional customer service experiences I Have ever had! I recommend anyone shopping for a new or used Hyundai shop Elyria Hyundai!!!
