Came all the way across town to look at a specific car. I Was not happy the moment we walked up--our salesman Tim Walker didn't make an introduction or offer a handshake. I'm not sure why professionalism has gone out the window these days but it can still make or break a deal. Tim Never removed his sunglasses while taking to us. No water offered to us sitting in a car with a dead battery. Upon going inside he again didn't offer us to sit or make the start of a buying process professional or comfortable. He ended our interaction by getting up and turning his back to us and not even saying Goodbye. Even if a deal or sale is not made he could have at least said "well I'm sorry it didn't work out today but if you decide to come back here's my card I'd be happy to help you again..."......but No, as par for the course of the way the start of our interaction went he got up immaturely and laughed at us and walked away. We let the management know. He ruined us from going back to that dealership even for an oil change. I wouldn't want to support a place that lets their salesmen behave that way even if we had just gone in their for an oil change. Price is price. But Professionalism is priceless. This place does not have it. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
