  • They painted over the huge Phipps Conservatory painting that was on the wall by the front door and they got rid of all the decorations in the restrooms. I really enjoyed that stuff, so I was shocked and sad to see them do that. Also, it is just crazy busy there. It is really hard to shop there. Too Crowded. Long lines. Often sold out of items. It is really not possible/profitable for them to open another store somewhere in the Pittsburgh area?
