If providing less than a star was possible, consider it done. I had a nightmare of an experience with an employee by the name of Brian at the Gilbert store on Warner. I had purchased some chemicals two weeks ago and had left my card there accidentally. Upon my return, Brian had accused me of "being in a hurry" and not signing the receipt, despite my clear recollection of doing so. Apparently the charge did not go through and he had ran my card again, without my authorization. He was extremely aggressive, accusatory, and hostile with me... to the point where I was concerned for my safety. Not only was his customer service childish, thier actions were unethical when charging my card again without my authorization. This guy needs to take some anger management courses and perhaps find a different line of work that does not deal with customers directly in addition to handing account infomration.
Brian was childish, hostile, and aggressive. I will NEVER use their services again becuase of Brian's behavior. UNACCEPTABLE. My guess is, he must be on a work release program from prison. This guy is a joke.
