  • Once again I have to leave a BIG FAT ASS ZERO!!!!!!! First of all I don't stay in trashy motels and not really sure what to expect as far as customer service should go, but it SUCKED!!!!! I'm comped ALL over Vegas, but since I was traveling during this trip and had my puppy I had to find a "dog friendly" hotel off the strip because all other places were booked being a Friday night. I called the night before and booked a room here because they said they were dog friendly and it would be an extra 25 bucks or so and that was fine. They took my credit card number,booked room and e-mailed my confirmation to me...Long story short we arrived at about 8pm on Friday night and the guy said "NO PETS ALLOWED"....Explained I already booked room and was told it was dog friendly and all he would say was "Nope"...Asked for a manager and he had to call her at home...I talked to her and went in circles getting nowhere...Finally walked out and called Planet Hollywood on the strip and they had somebody cancel and I got the room...FREE!!!!!! Customer service and Manager SUCK!!!!!!
