I would never return to this office. I was having my first baby at a young age, and I was about 12 weeks along when I started bleeding very heavy. I called the office and I couldn't get anyone so I called 5 times until I reached the triage nurse, when she answered she began to tell me "you're probably just having a miscarriage, but you don't need to call until someone picks up." My husband was deployed and I wanted him home for this so I started the Red Cross process, in order to get him home I needed a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL to tell Red Cross what was happening. They asked me to come in for an "exam" which I did and all they did was take my blood and they said they would not rush it. So I would have to wait 2-3 days for the results. Then then office manager who isn't a medical professional, told Red Cross I wasn't having a miscarriage. When my Dad came in the office asking for an explanation and a corporate number she kicked me out of the office while I was sitting in a chair hunched over in pain.
I went to another OB/GYN and thank god I did, because I was having an OVARIAN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY. If they wouldn't have caught it before it ruptured I would have bleed out internally and died. They also tested my blood and rushed it, and called Red Cross within the hour. My husband was home the next day.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.
