  • Worst experience ever! We were playing golf in a charity tournament and on our 7th hole, my bag literally fell off the cart. When we checked the other bag it was loose too! The boy that unloaded our clubs did not secure the bags and several clubs were scratched. After our game I immediately showed the manager my brand new $200 putter (that I still have the receipt for) and he said they couldn't do anything to help me. He asked "how does he know I didn't tamper with it?" I said "because I have 3 witnesses that can tell you I didn't!!" How insulting?!?! They wouldn't even offer to repair it. He called me later and said they'd offer me a free round of golf but it might be a little hard to play without a working PUTTER!!!!
