You know what's creepy? When you lean over and notice they don't have faces.
It looks like their hair is an empty scoop of a hood with nothing there.
They're facing a wall so there's no point in paying to commission the front of their heads, but it's still creepy all the same.
Maybe the artist is trying to take some stance, saying these women are objectified to the point that they've lost their identity?
Or... what if the artist meant that it didn't matter what they looked like? They're all empowered equals, standing defiantly as if to say, "So you can see our asses, what of it?"
It's Vegas. Don't overthink it.
With how shiny their *cough* cheeks are, it's probably the most man-handled and rubbed sculpture you'll ever see.
A statue of the Crazy Girls "butt line-up" getting categorized as "Local Flavor" for Vegas is the most fitting thing I've ever seen of anything put under that label for any city.
