  • I have a $30 /month fast pass and wash my car weekly. Went in for an oil change today and service writer said they only check and top off other fluids if bought more expensive synthetic blend oil This has never been true. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 14 years and their own sticker is in the window so they can see what services I get. I don't mind an upsell, but please don't lie to me. I declined the oil change and got a car wash. While waiting, a young lady walked to the drying line to get her car and a group of employees were standing around (guys who dry, one had a driver sticker on his shirt) catcalled the woman loud enough for everyone to hear. They were staring and laughing at here. I brought both of these issues to one of the finish line managers attention and he just shrugged and said they have do w it before. I'll be cancelling my wash accounts and no longer buy gas or use your convenience store. I certainly wouldn't let my wife or daughter patronize your business to be ripped off or verbally abused.
