| - The show itself was great! A lot of fun, high energy and lots of laughs. My problems were with everything outside of the show. I purchased tickets using a Travelzoo discount, so they were a great price. At checkout, you have the option of having your tickets delivered electronically to your smart phone, or to will call. There is no option to print at home. I chose to have my tickets delivered to my phone, so I could show my phone upon arrival for entrance. The show is located on an upper level of the new Linq hotel, in an area which has not been renovated yet. The lobby is pretty small, so a line had formed to get into the theater because they make you take a picture with one the performers before you enter -- like a step and repeat. Once we got through that process we proceeded to the door and I showed the person my electronic tickets. I was told that I had to go to the ticket desk to have them printed. HUH? What is the point of offering electronic ticketing if it doesn't even work? Why not just have all the tickets at will call? Okay, so I go to the counter and the people there bumbled around because NEITHER one could print the tickets. SMH. This is becoming a cluster. Allegedly their system froze. Seriously, this is too much. So when the show was finally starting and we were missing it, the person finally decided to walk us inside to our seats and bring us the tickets later. By the time we were seated the show had already begun. I watched the servers serve drinks to other tables that had ordered them prior to the show beginning, but not once did a server come to our table to take our order. Like I said, the show itself was good, but the lack of customer service made this a bad experience. They only have 2-stars because of the performers.
