  • Called on Monday to see when the shop could look at my Avalon and Tundra for maintenance. "The best time to come in would be first thing tomorrow and we'll have a look." What time do you open? 8:30. OK well come then. We showed up at 8:30 with both the car and the truck. A mechanic was the only person there and said he could not leave the shop to test drive the vehicles until the boss comes in. He called boss but when he got off the phone he said the boss could not say when he would be in. The mechanic said we could wait or come back later. We did not wait and we are never going back. The mechanic was as pleasant as he could be and the shop may in fact do great work, but not for us.
