  • One of the best buying experiences I've had. I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and came across a used one they had on their lot. It had all the options I was looking for so my wife and I decided to drive across town to take a look. I've owned a couple of Porsches so I have become friends with Paul Molina in service. I will circle back to that in a moment. When we were ready I sent Paul a text and asked him for someone in sales. He referred me to Mike Anderson. I gave Mike a call and spoke with him about our current situation. We had about 14 payments left on our Mercedes lease so I knew we were going to be upside down. I emailed him all the paperwork on our trade so he could get the ball rolling by the time we got there. When we got there the Jeep was pulled right up front ready for us to take a look at. Everything was perfect on the car so we headed in to do the numbers. It was late afternoon on a Saturday so getting the financing approved did take a little longer but that was due to our situation (being upside down on the Mercedes), not the fault of the dealership. Mike apologized numerous times for the wait which was not necessary but we appreciated it. We got the deal done and we're excited to be getting the Jeep we wanted. They knew we lived across town (centennial hills) so they offered to drop off our registration at our house when it was in. Not mail it, personally drop it off! I've owned many luxury cars and this is the first time I've experienced this. Hats off to Mike and the finance team! We will be back and I will refer anyone I know in the market for a Porsche. The dealership is beautiful, almost museum like, and the staff is top notch!! For the service side make sure you see Paul Molina! He goes above and beyond for customers which is one of the reason Porsche is always in the top of JD Powers! He started off as our service writer but has become a friend over the 10 years I've known him. Thank you again Paul for the introduction to Mike and for making sure we were taken care of!!!
