To bad there isn't a way to give a business 0 stars? The entire staff at this location is incredibly rude and lazy. It seems I am an inconvenience to the staff here who would like to carry on their conversation as opposed to getting me taken care of. In the three years I have been a patient here, they have never once called to inform me of my glasses or contacts arriving to the store so I can pick them up in a timely manner. Why should I have to call to see if my contacts are in when it's their job to inform me?
After my last visit, I have no more patience with this office and they have lost my business forever. I walked into the store for my appointment and they had failed to bill my insurance for the exam I needed and said that it would instead be $100. It took me two minutes to get a hold of my insurance, speak to a rep and find out that they do in fact cover the exam fully. I then called nationwide back to find out why they didn't get the same message and they rudely replied that my insurance could contact them. I'm not sure why everyone in this office is so stupid, but I recommend you not go here.
