Overall I give it high marks because of the clean beautiful facility and staff. But my last visit was not good. I called at least 4 times to make a massage appt. Nobody ever answered the phone. Finally, someone answered and sounded really stressed out (I'm guessing they were short staffed). He book me for a massage on a saturday when I requested a sunday. When I arrived they couldn't find my reservation but eventually figured out that I was booked on a saturday. What they neglected to tell me was that they were going to charge me for Sat as well as Sun because they considered it a cancellation. My biggest issue here is that when I called about it they automatically assumed that I made the reservation error rather than they could have made the error. Maybe it was my error. I highly doubt it but they didn't even take a second to consider it could have been their fault. And if they saw how many thousands of dollars of business I had given them in the past they would have known I was a good customer. They were not interested in resolving the issue. Thank goodness for me that American Express intervene for me and requested documentation from Mandalay which did not support their allegation. So if you are making an appt with these folks you should probably get a confirmation. I have several more trips to vegas this year, it won't be to mandalay.
