  • This has been my go to place for nails/waxing since they opened. I've recommended it to so many people but like some of the other reviews mentioned, both the quality and customer service has definitely slipped. Long waits for appointments, rude customer service (by one worker in particular today- I think her name was Chloe but not completely sure, she wasn't the one that did my nails just the one that gave me attitude when I asked for a fix that took 5 mins), and they're constantly overbooked which makes for a rushed and non-relaxing experience. Hope this changes as this place was wonderful before. Until then, I'll be going elsewhere.
