  • We stopped in for a baguette at Mon K Patisserie today (a wonderful spot!) and my husband noticed that there was a new stationery store that had opened next door. I popped in while he and our daughter waited outside. What a delightful shop! The selection of stationery is quite beautiful. Lovely letterpress cards and luxe notebooks. Katie Daisy cocktail napkins, even. I could have spent much more time just looking at all the different paper things (and will be back to do that). In the back corner are several shelves of super charming baby and toddler toys and books. The owner obviously put a lot of care into her selections. I scooped up a book, a sweet stuffed lamb and some bath toys for our kiddo. What I loved best was the atmosphere. Welcoming and friendly and cheerful. I'm so glad to have a place like this in East York.
