  • My wife got a cut and color from the salon owner, Lisa. She spent $200 and was very disppointed in the color and the cut was also, not what she expected. Lisa told my wife that "she" knew what she wanted and when finished, told her she would get used to it. My wife did speak to Lisa about how she felt, but decided it was not worth going back to be further scolded and corrected by Lisa. She also did not want to be further pressured to buy her "salon" products Now, we are just trying to wash out the color and grow out the cut so that she can actually get what she wants instead of what Lisa wants. What a waste of $200!
