When checking this spot out on a weekday, I intended to be able to look around, possibly try something on and maybe set up a follow up appointment if something sparked my interest. While the sales associate was not rude, it was clear that they only work with folks who schedule appointments. She however spoke out of both sides of her mouth when she stated that they expect appointments but then tried to sell me by saying if I buy on the same day I would receive 10% off. I found that offensive seeing as she hesitated when I asked if it was okay to try anything I might like on, mind you, no one was in the store and I seemed like an inconvenience. I am starting to understand this is common in this industry, so just be aware, if you're like me and just like to browse before you buy, you're going to have a hard time.
